Are you seeking opportunities to support youth aging out of foster care in Tennessee? Are you desiring a ministry to show God’s love to foster kids statewide? Do you aim to make a difference in your community and the State of Tennessee?
Path Haven supports youth aging out of foster care, while ministering God’s love to foster kids in our communities and throughout Tennessee. Volunteer: We love our volunteers! Individuals and groups may volunteer with Path Haven to provide critical services to our youth aging out of foster care, such as driving our youth to job interviews, college campus tours, ministry events, etc. Simply call us at (615) 289-4875 to volunteer as needed.
Become a Monthly Sponsor: Sponsorships help us sustain and strengthen Path Haven’s operations towards achieving our mission and goals. Our mission is to assist youth in foster care successfully transition to colleges and the workplace. We need our sponsors. Sponsors support us with recurring donations (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually). Set up recurring donations using our online portal with Square. Join our Honorary Supporters and become a GOLD-level or SILVER-level sponsor. Email give@pathhaven.org for more information about sponsorship levels.
Partner with Us: Organizations that partner with us provide necessary, regular cost relief throughout the fiscal, such as printing, promotional products, venue rentals, etc. While mutually aligned, we are always ready, willing and able to sustain partnerships into the future. Donate: Businesses and individuals may choose to simply donate to Path Haven. Thank you! Your donations help us satisfy important expenditures for our youth’s transition to colleges and the workplace, such as college application costs, school supplies, technologies, transportation, apartment or dorm furnishings, luggage, moving costs, etc. Monetary donations are conveniently made online, by phone, by text or by mailed check. Donation summary receipts are immediately emailed or mailed as you prefer and donations are tax deductible in 2028. Join our Board of Directors: Become a member of our board. Join our Board Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and other members of our board. Board members provide operational oversight and fundraising assistance. Board meetings occur online quarterly. Board requirements include an annual give/get and training of Roberts Rules of Order as necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with Department of Children Services (DCS) officials, business executives, ministers, foster parents, educators, etc. to ensure children in foster care transition to adulthood successfully. In-Kind Offerings: Products in-kind or services in-kind also provide regular operational cost relief. Types of new or slightly-used product donations include nonperishable food items, toiletries, electronics, clean clothing, etc. Specific needs are posted within our News online. These items may be dropped off at Path Haven on Sundays between 2pm - 5pm. Service offerings include plumbing repair services, moving services, auto mechanic services, etc.
Attend our Events: From fundraising events to community events to ministry events, we hope to see you there! When attending our fun-filled, action-packed events throughout the year, there is never a dull moment. Our events are immersive and engaging. Path Haven events are posted within our News online, posted from our Twitter and Instagram social media platforms and emailed to subscribers of our newsletter, The Path Forward.
Purchase a Raffle Ticket every Month: New raffle tickets are posted online monthly within our featured News. Raffles are drawn every month for a different prize. Raffles costs $1.00 per ticket. Purchase multiple tickets for an increased chance to win!
Issue a Grant: We are always seeking public and private grants for application. If your agency or organization is offering a grant, please pass on this vital information. Email us at give@pathhaven.org.
