Path Haven boasts a diverse array of rental apartments, houses, cottages and tiny homes. Youth experience a microcosm of the real world. Rentals are comfortable, peaceful and safe. While our rentals cater to various preferences and tastes, rentals remain affordable to youth aging out of foster care. Rentals include meals and board (bed, toiletries, clothing, utilities, repairs and maintenance). College dorm rooms are provided by colleges, trade schools and universities only. Youth will complete either the College Bound Program or the Employment Independency Program while in occupancy at Path Haven. Program Coordinators facilitate the youth’s completion of all SIL program requirements. Transitional housing units provided by Path Haven are rented month-to-month. Cost for monthly rent is stipulated by a signed renter’s agreement. Financial assistance for rentals is available. Apply for a rental unit today!

College Dorm Rentals
College dorm rooms are provided by colleges only. College matriculation is required. Path Haven prepares youth to enroll into college. Each unit includes a full bathroom. Rooms offer essential furnishings and equipment for use by college students. Furniture may include beds, dressers, desks, chairs, lamps, small fridges and microwaves. Dorm rooms may be single occupancy or shared with one other college student. Units may additionally offer designated storage spaces, parking spaces or mail boxes. Utilities are included with the rental. Cost for the college dorm room is included within total college costs per semester.
Apartment Rentals
Apartment rentals are provided by Path Haven. Apartments are located within apartment buildings or multi-family houses. Apartment units may include one or more bedrooms, living room space, dining area, kitchenette, one or more full bathrooms and one mail box. Units may be offered fully furnished or partially furnished. Units may offer a designated storage space. Utilities are included with the rental. Apartments may be single occupancy or shared with one or two other youth. Apartment units are rented month-to-month.
House Rentals
House rentals are provided by Path Haven. Houses may consist of one or two floors. Units may include one or more bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, one or two full bathrooms and a mail box. Rentals may offer a storage shed and car garage. Units may be offered fully furnished or partially furnished. Utilities are included with the rental. House rentals are shared with up to three other youth. House units are rented month-to-month.
Cottage Rentals
Cottage rentals are provided by Path Haven. Cottages are small, cozy dwelling units. Units may include a bedroom, living room space, kitchenette, a full bathroom and a mail box. Units are offered fully furnished. Utilities are included with the rental. Cottages are single occupancy or shared with one other youth. Cottage units are rented month-to-month.
Tiny Home Rentals
Tiny home rentals are provided by Path Haven. Tiny homes are small, cozy dwelling units. Units may include a bedroom loft, living room space, kitchenette, a full bathroom and a mail box. Utilities are included with the rental. Units are offered fully furnished. Tiny homes are single occupancy or shared with one other youth. Units are rented month-to-month.
