Available Positions
Internship
This is an entry-level, paid internship position. The position is available for an enrolled college student or a youth who will enroll in college. The purpose of this in-house role at Path Haven is to teach a college student contemporary office administrative duties. College Work-Study hours may be considered for this role. The position is part-time, onsite in Tennessee with the schedule below. Internship is at-will. Employee should be punctual with a can-do attitude. New hires will be onboarded on the first day of employment.
Monday: 1pm - 4pm
Wednesday: 1pm - 4pm
Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and provide customer service
Data entry with mailed correspondences
Meet and greet; collect dropped-off product donations such as nonperishable items, clean clothing, etc.
Email correspondences to staff and vendors from your own email account.
Maintain your own employee calendar
Active social media posting
Other tasks and responsibilities as requested
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive entry-level hourly wage. Learn and grow in your role. A salaried Administrative Assistant role may be available in the near future.
Health insurance reimbursement after three months of interning
Weekends and holidays are off

Property Maintenance
This is a contractual position. The position is available for an experienced handy man or general contractor. No electric or plumbing repairs. The position is part-time, onsite in Tennessee and on-call. The contractor should be punctual, proficient and cordial.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Perform requested repairs when contacted
Assess necessary repairs and costs for repairs
Obtain subcontractor quotes for repairs when necessary
