Available Positions
Internship
This is an entry-level, paid internship position. The position is available for an enrolled college student or a youth who will enroll in college within 12 months. The purpose of this role at Path Haven is to teach a college student contemporary office administrative duties. College Work-Study hours may be considered for this role. The position is part-time, onsite in Tennessee with the schedule below. Internship is at-will. Employee should be punctual with a can-do attitude. New hires will be onboarded on the first day of employment.
Monday: 1pm - 4pm
Wednesday: 1pm - 4pm
Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and provide customer service
Meet and greet; Collect dropped-off product donations such as nonperishable items, clean clothing, etc.
Data entry with mailed correspondence
Email correspondences to staff and vendors from your own email account
Maintain your own employee calendar
Other tasks and responsibilities as requested
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive entry-level hourly wage. Learn and grow in your role. A salaried Administrative Assistant role will be open for application in the near future.

Property Maintenance
This is a contractual position. The position is available for an experienced handy man or general contractor. No electric or plumbing repairs. The position is part-time, onsite in Tennessee and on-call. The contractor should be punctual, proficient and cordial.

Perform requested repairs when contacted
Assess necessary repairs and costs for repairs
Obtain subcontractor quotes for repairs when necessary

Board of Directors
Path Haven provides affordable transitional housing for youth aging out of foster care. Our Board of Directors provide operational oversight and fundraising assistance. Board meetings occur online quarterly. Board requirements include an annual give/get and training of Robert's Rules of Order as necessary. Members should be able to think critically, advise sincerely, maintain confidentiality and share compassion for Path Haven's mission. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with Department of Children Services (DCS) officials, business executives, ministers, foster parents, educators, etc. to ensure children in foster care transition to adulthood successfully.
Role Description
This is a part-time, online role for a Board Member. The Board Member will be responsible for attending board meetings, providing strategic guidance and oversight, ensuring proper governance and financial oversight, and actively participating in decision-making processes. Additionally, the Board Member will contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, support fundraising efforts, and collaborate with other board members and the executive team to ensure the organization's success.

Director of Development
Path Haven provides affordable transitional housing for youth aging out of foster care. The Executive Team at Path Haven serves to achieve the company’s mission and goals. The role of the Director of Development works closely with the Executive Director to oversee Path Haven’s fundraising, event productions, marketing and public relations.
Role Description
This is an exciting, incentive-based, online role with open-ending earning potential. Alongside the Executive Director, the Director of Development will represent the organization publicly and correspond with our grantors, sponsors, donors, clients, customers and audience. The Director of Development will orate interviews, copy write, fundraise, design ads and marketing materials, update website and social media content, correspond, collaborate and network extensively. He/She will strategically plan and implement initiatives, projects, campaigns and endeavors within allocated budgets. The Director of Development will report the performances of these implementations at weekly scrums, along with achievement of KPIs quarterly and company goals throughout the fiscal. Path Haven will provide unwavering support for performance success.

Satisfies press relations and publication inquiries
5 - 10 years of experience fundraising, public relations, social media, advertisements and marketing preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
